How Does It Work?

The Shield Mobile safety system is designed to allow lone workers to schedule security calls at times that suit their working schedule. After logging in using a unique ID and PIN, employees can also record notes regarding that day’s schedule and appointments.

Should a security call go unanswered or the lone worker trigger an alarm, a pre-arranged contact tree is alerted to the emergency. Those responsible for the employee will have access to information regarding that day’s appointments, any voice recordings left by the individual and, if using the optional GPS tracking service, their location.
